		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree with you more James. One thing that you failed to mention is the sheer size of the market. There are probably 100 million homes and homeowners who could benefit from a program like this. Not to mention the fact that if retrofitting houses is widespread, it could reduce demand for electricity on our power grid significantly, which would in turn reduce greenhouse gases and our even our dependence on foreign oil.</description>
